In early 2006 we started supplying online manuals to residential builders with the intention of increasing homeowner satisfaction via improvements to disclosure & accessibility of information.

Several years and thousands of homes later we discovered that the typical builder's hand-over materials include only a fraction of the information necessary for resolving warranty issues, maintaining the home and its components, and operating its systems.

Since this discovery, CONASYS has dedicated itself to making homeowner manuals meaningful.
